M1 :: Account Update :: Oct 26

Not much has changed since my last update.  I missed the ideal entry in CAT (Insta’d about it, but didn’t make the move.. ugh), but will look to possibly add it to my M1 account next week.

As part of a diversified passive income portfolio, I’m watching CAT because it fits the need for a strong Industrial company. My trading plan involves waiting for earnings on Oct 23rd. M1 Finance Oct. 26

The only new position since the last update was in HON.  I wanted to add a strong industrial with a strengthening stock chart and good dividend.

Current Positions:

Real Estate: O and STOR

Energy: HASI and XOM

Healthcare: CAH and ABBV

Finance: OZK

Industrial: HON

Dividend Payouts:

This M1 account is new with a low balance, but dividends are starting to trickle in.  Here are the October payments:

OZK: $1.07

STOR: $1.26

O: $.67

CAH: $1.39

HASI: $1.03
